Limbal conjunctival papilloma vs carcinoma in situ: a case report

A 67-year-old female presented with a growing conjunctival lesion resembling carcinoma in situ, but biopsy revealed epithelial hyperplasia consistent with papilloma. Complete excision and local mitomycin treatment were performed. Limbal papilloma, typically benign, can present atypically with a whitish, budding appearance.
