Ophthalmology B, Ibn-Sina University Hospital RABAT MOROCCOAbstractA 67-year-old female presented with a growing conjunctival lesion resembling carcinoma in situ, but biopsy revealed epithelial hyperplasia consistent with papilloma. Complete excision and local mitomycin treatment were performed. Limbal papilloma, typically benign, can present atypically with a whitish, budding appearance.
